At Shopzein, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer refunds and exchanges under the conditions outlined below.
1. Return Window
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-returnable items include:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Some health and personal care products
Partial refunds may be granted if:
- The item shows obvious signs of use
- Opened cosmetics or skincare products that compromise hygiene
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Returns made after 30 days
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

4. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

6. Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- If the gift was sent to you by the giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
7. Shipping Returns
- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
